Having issues importing Fidelity 1099 information using the CD version of TurboTax 2022. No prompt for account, password or other info, just tries to connect and fails.

First time I tried importing Fidelity data there was no prompt for username, password, etc. After closing out TurboTax and reopening it up, the Fidelity import page now prompts to log into Intuit? This is very strange.

If you're using TurboTax Online, my first suggestion would be to close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and try your import again.

Bless you, clearing cache, deleting cookies in safari, restarting TurboTax 22 and updated, logged into Fidelity first, attempted download on TT23 for Fidelity, had to log into Turbotax online account, tried import and it worked!  They should have given us a box to explain the new process since it has changed since TT21.  Spent and hour on phone with TT help desk and they had no clue.

Thanks again for your help.
