Haven’t received my turbo card.

I still haven’t received my Turbo Card! I called all 1800 numbers found and still haven’t be able to speak to anyone about a new card. They all just tell me to call the prepaid card phone number or go online but it does work because I don’t know my card number! What can I do?

If you use the Turbo Visa website https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/ and click on the Help link in the upper right of the page it will take you to FAQ's.  Scroll down to How long does it take to get my personalized card in the mail?  There is a link shown for

Card not received

https://secure.turboprepaidcard.com/account/card-not-received

If you do not have an Online Account, then create one.

I click that link and it takes me to login. I can't login, I never got the card. Help

Same here, I cant create an account to get a new one. After I enter ssn, birthday and zip it asked for last 4 of card I am calling about. I dont have it!!! I filed a complaint with BBB and Federal Trade Commission, I strongly suggest everyone do the same. My Stimulus money is being held by greendot and I have no way to get a replacement card.
