Has anyone received Turbotax 2020 software update for the $10200 unemployment exclusion? I have the desktop Premier version and am still waiting for the update.

The software update for the unemployment compensation exclusion was made available across all TurboTax platforms, online and desktop, on 03/26.

 

If you are using the TurboTax desktop program for Windows update your software.  Click on Online and Check for Updates.

Verify your version.  Click on Help>About TurboTax>Version.  You should have Version 020.000.1688

 

The exclusion is shown on Schedule 1 Line 8 as a negative number.  Your total unemployment compensation is shown on Line 7.
