I’ve been getting this too. I was thinking it was because I needed to wait until the 24th when they start accepting returns but I’m still getting it
We have received reports of users having this issue when attempting to use the Refund Advance option; it is currently being reviewed and we hope to have a resolution soon.
Is there an update on this? ETA for resolution? I am experiencing the same issue.

Very frustrating to almost get to the finish line and get this loop of error message.....please update when we know something....Ive been a customer of turbo tax for 20 years, but need this resolved quickly in order to stay a customer
