Has anyone had an error on Step 1 of Filing that says "we're having trouble processing your billing information"? It won't let me do anything or go further?
It is under the section where you register your name and address.

Please double-check your information to make sure everything was input properly.
Yes, I did try that and a bunch of other things and nothing worked. I also spent almost 1 1/2 hours on the phone with someone who could not help me. Thanks anyway.
