Has anyone ever used a cpa to do their taxes via turbtax?

Full Service is new for 2020 returns.

I took a full service TT this year and the so-called CPA just took all my documents, didn’t do squat for 1 week and then abandoned the job switching me to do-it-yourself version. horrible experience. Just do it yourself. 

I had a similar situation. I went with full service CPA. Provided all necessary documents. Was told there was TT software problem. They were unable to download my broker’s statement. I gave them several weeks to resolve the situation. Time was short so I decided to go in another direction. May try TT again next year.
