Has anyone else had trouble connecting to their financial institution so they can import their tax forms?

Are you getting any specific message when trying to import from T. Rowe Price? 

I receive the message

"We can't connect to your financial institution right now.

You can try again, or come back later and try connecting then. (100)"

But I have been receiving this message for about a month now.
