Has anyone else been charged $117 for using turbo tax? The extra bank fee to withdrawal my payment for the service is new.

I was charged an extra $39 just for the bank to withdrawal the two other $39 fees(for state

That is not a new fee.   TurboTax has been charging a refund processing fee for many years if you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund.   Have you been using refund processing in the past without noticing the $39.99 fee?   The fee is charged by the third party bank that receives your refund, takes out the fees and sends you the rest of the refund.   Avoid it by paying upfront using a credit or debit card.

If you have not e-filed already, you can always review your fees and remove any unwanted add-ons.

 

If you are referring to the Pay with my Refund Fees, there has always been a charge for that. You do have a couple of different ways to pay your TurboTax Online fees. Please see the FAQ link provided below for further assistance:
