Great interaction with support and failed to take survey after - can I get a new link?

I would like to reach out to TurboTax about a positive interaction I had using their online chat feature around May 15th. I had an issue with documenting my income and the support worker was able to figure out what the problem was. Although I did receive a survey in my email, the link expired before I had a chance to take it. Can I get a new link? My case number was [removed].

 

If not, I wanted to leave my feedback here. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very helpful, and it was a very painless experience to solve the problem (unlike trying to figure out how to contact TurboTax about this feedback / getting a new survey link.)

Oops, I guess my case number is private. I just want to figure out who helped me.
