Got mail from Oregon revenue department stating i needed to send identity Verification and W2 from. they asked driving license/U.S Passport.i have Indian passport.

You may want to call Oregon Department of Revenue directly. This could be a fraudulent mailing and if not, they would be better equipped to answer this question:
