Got MA extension in April, paid the tax, now want to e-file the forms. How?

I e-filed my federal taxes but got a MA extension due to the software problem detailed here:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/investments-and-rental-properties/discussion/e[product key removed]-price-shouldn-t-be-less-than-zero/00/2522106/

I paid my MA tax in April and now I'd like to e-file the forms if possible. TurboTax keeps telling me there's an error and I need to "check the entry for Form 4868" and enter the amount I'm paying with my extension. The thing is, I'm NOT paying anything with my extension -- I've paid the feds and MA. Also, the federal return was e-filed and accepted in April and shouldn't even be a part of this. Is there any way to e-file the MA return and let TurboTax know that I already paid?

Thanks

You haven't filed yet, so you are not filing an amended return.

You want to file the state return only, not the federal return.

Look at the efiling dialogues carefully with this in mind, maybe that will help you proceed.

If it doesn't, a work around might be to add a penny or some other small amount to "fool" the software into letting you proceed.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
