Got an email for 20% off, did not get applied during checkout!

Hi,

I received an email for Turbotax deluxe 20% off and clicked through that email to pay but my receipt does not show any discounts applied.
I read the fine print and I think I was qualified.
I would like a refund of the 20% off amount.
"*Special limited time offer: Get 20% off TurboTax Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed Online or TurboTax Live Assisted Basic, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed Online when you file your federal return between December 1, 2022 and April 18, 2023 (11:59pm PT)."

Please click How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product? and choose the version of TurboTax that you are requesting a refund for.
