Good morning, I'm a bit confused do I need o mail out my federal tax return to the IRS or not? What does it mean CA ready to mail.

This depends on whether you selected eFile or not for each.  If you did not eFile then yes, you need to send them your required tax form packages.  If you eFiled and TurboTax indicates your eFiling was successful then you should not have to send in any forms (if you need to pay, then you need to send in the check with just the simple payment form).
