Glitch? It says I owe over $1 million, but I only made $26,000. It thinks there a number in line 2 from my 1099G, but there's not, that's line 1.

Sounds like you made a decimal point mistake or added some zeros.  Check the amounts you entered.  The comma and the decimal are next to each other on the keyboard so it is easy to strike the wrong key.
