getting the message ido-app-server-upstream could not be found when trying to enter itsdeductible

anyone else having a problem getting into itsdeductible? I've tried from Windows 7 and Windows 10

If unable to access then clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  Close the browser and re-open.  Access the website again.  If the problem persists try changing your web browser.
