Getting help from TRA was just wondering if I should still file taxes, since I couldn’t pay TRA

TRA put my account on hold because I couldn’t pay them, was just wondering if I should go ahead and file taxes

You are assuming we know what "TRA" stands for.  What is TRA?   And what do you need to pay them for?
