Getting an error "Following fields have limits" when importing TD Ameritrade financial forms. Entering Acct # and 11 char ID correctly?

Error message reads: "Following fields have limits" Document ID (11 characters, e.g. A12B3456CD7): Please enter the 11-character Document ID without spaces from your Form 1099 (top right corner).

Put in all CAPS! when the document ID.
