Get Wells Fargo information into 2020 return

I keep on getting the message "Connection problem" "Try later" when trying to get my Wells Fargo information into my income portion. Select Wells Fargo, put in username and password, asked for a verification code from WF- tell them to send a text and that's when it stops. I was able to get Fidelity information in with no problem. Any help?

What kind of Well Fargo info? Interest, dividends, sales, IRA?

Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it. It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
