Get Error 5640 when trying to open: per instructions I uninstalled and reinstalled three times and now get Error 5639

Perform a Windows Update on your computer and the issue should be solved. It worked for me. Search for "Windows Update" on your computer and then perform the Windows Update for your computer. It's possible that your computer might not have been updated in a while. The Windows Update on my computer are now current and everything works with no error.

Thanks, but I am already on the latest update for Windows 10.  So this doesn't help.
