Generated tax form 1040EZ doesn't contain any decimal points ( cents ) and stop at full dolllar. For example, interest was $51.21, but form only has $51. <-Decimal point

Yes, TurboTax rounds to whole dollars on your Form 1040EZ, which is allowed by the IRS as long as it is consistent throughout the Form.
