I live in Louisiana. I won money gambling in Oklahoma. Do I need to file state return for Oklahoma?

It depends on how much you made. Nonresidents with Oklahoma source gross income of $1,000 or more are required to file an Oklahoma income tax return.

If you are required to file a non-resident tax return in Oklahoma, you can use the tax paid to Oklahoma as a credit on your Louisiana tax return, in order to avoid double-taxation.
