Gambling Winnings keeps asking me to review and I don't know what I am imputing incorrectly. Can you help me?

I have in put all details exactly as on paper and it rejects every time. What am I doing wrong?

Delete the W2-G form completely. Clear your cache and cookies, then sign back in and try again.
