GA Retirement Exclusion - and under 62 (Disabled)

Good afternoon. I am filing jointly with my wife. She is under 62 and permanently disabled. I am not getting prompted for eligibility for the exclusion. I assume this is because we are under 62 because in doing my parents taxes, I do get prompted. The law says 62 (or over) *or* permanently disabled. Is this a TurboTax error or am I missing a nuance in the law? Thank you

Early in the Georgia interview, there is a screen with the heading "Let's see if you qualify for a Georgia tax break". On the screen it asks if either spouse had a permanent disability that prevented [name] from working in 2019. The Learn More link says that this question is asked explicitly for the retirement exclusion.

Did you see this screen and how did you answer it?

Thank you. I restarted the interview and then did see it. Don’t know how I missed. Appreciate the quick response.
