Fulbright wages, how do I enter them when paid in Euros?

My son is currently on a Fulbright in Spain. The documents indicate his payments are in Euros. I am trying to enter his wages in Other Income, but I don't  know what the amount would be. Since the Euros to Dollars fluctuates, how do I know what to enter?

You can use the "Yearly Average Exchange Rate" published by the IRS here.  Look at the Euro Zone row and use the tax year column to see the exchange rate.
