I purchased on Amazon Turbotax Premier 2020 and was offered a free one year copy of Quicken with purchase. When I click on the offer it won't connect to Intuit for the download. What's the issue?

I contacted TurboTax customer support and was told they didn't know anything about this offer even though it was embedded in their own Premier software when I installed it. The woman I talked to simply said this was a third party offer and that it had nothing to do with Intuit. Funny since third parties do not embed offers in Intuit Software without the approval of Intuit. Intuit itself embedded this offer within their TurboTax Software installation not Quicken. She told me to call Quicken but I am sure I would get the same run around from them as nobody seems to want to claim responsibility for this free offer. I feel like I am stuck in an endless customer service incompetence loop.
