Form states I have no linked ID and that I haven’t Filed with turbo tax before but I have. What do I do now?

Are you certain that you filed under that email address?  When I tried to use one email address I do not have a history but when I switch to the correct/historical email address I used last year I see my 2017 returns and earlier
