Form 8995A was generated by Turbotax however none of my input nor is 8995A applicable. I tried to delete it and the worksheet but TT will not delete it.

TurboTax generate form 8995-A Qualified Business Income deduction when you enter some information on your return that requires that form. If you have business Income or rental income review the general Information for your business or the rental property and then answer No to the Qualified business deduction. 

If you have REIT dividend that is generating the form, revisit the 1099 DIV and delete the amount entered in box 5. Then try to delete the form.
