Form 8995 - Question about Taxpayer ID #

I just got married in 2019 so it is my first year filing married, jointly. I have a full time job and then freelance on the side. My small freelance business goes by my own name and is a sole proprietorship. I am the only one who operates the business; my husband is not involved at all. I have an EIN for my freelance business. I have a Form 8995. In the line "Name(s) shown on return", it shows both mine and my husband's name. In the line right next to that, "Your taxpayer identification number", it shows my husband's social security number.

Is that correct? Should either my SSN go there, or should the EIN for my business go there? Or does this not matter to the IRS? If this is not correct, how can I manually edit it?

Also, it appears that everything below that line is correct. It does correctly list my business name, the EIN for the business, and the QBI for it.

yes that's correct because it's referring back to what's on the 1040 page 1 not who earned the income that qualifies for the QBI.

as you say everything else is correct.
