Form 8615 - I think Line 15 is calculating incorrectly.
details for this return I am working :
total unearned income (all unemployment income) is $12,495
Line 14 is $ 1,750 -
Line 15 says"enter the tax on the amount on line 14 based on the child's filing status" which would be single for this return. Shouldn't Line 15 be $ 176 ? However, the number that calculates for Line 15 is $ 1,246
I think Line 15 is looking at the amount from Line 4 instead of Line 14
