Form 8606- How to make Turbotax include it in my return

Many years ago we made nondeductible IRA contributions. An accountant preparing our taxes and has always included forms 8606 for taxpayer & spouse. This year I decided to do it myself with Turbotax. It generated 8606-T for me (T for taxpayer, I did a Roth conversion), but it won't include an 8606-S (S for Spouse) that tracks my spouses "total basis in traditional IRAs." I do have data for her on our joint IRA Information Worksheet, entered manually on lines 12, 19 and 62.

When I do a Turbotax "Save to pdf" it includes my 8606 but not my wife's. How do I get it to include her form?

if your wife took no action in 2023, her form is not attached. That's how it works
