Form 8606 backdoor Roth Conversion

I follow TurboTax software, it passes error check. However, generated form 8606 does not look completed, why no information in line 8, 9, 10?

I am expecting:

Line 8-- $1200

Line 9---$1200

Line 10---1

Is it fine to efile the document with these three lines blank?  Should I go to form view and manually update these three lines? The software should do it for me. Not sure if I did not do it correctly somewhere.

Thanks.

Yes, it is fine to e-file your return like this. TurboTax is using the Taxable IRA Distribution Worksheet (per Pub 590-B) to calculate your nontaxable conversion (as indicated by the * next to line 13).
