FORM 8086

Personal taxes were done online. I filled out a FORM 8086 for my Roth IRA. After taxes were done and completed I do not see a Form 8086 anymore with the rest of the other forms. Did I do it right?

It depends, if you had a Qualified Distribution then Form 8606 part III isn't filled out for a Roth IRA distribution. Are you over 59 1/2 and had the Roth IRA for 5 years?

To view all forms and worksheets after you filed:

  1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
  2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
  4. Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
  5. Select Tax Tools on the left and then Print Center
  6. Select Print, save or preview this year's return
  7. Select returns and choose to print the tax return and all worksheets.

If you performed a backdoor Roth then you should have Form 8606 included with your return. Please review the instructions How do I enter a backdoor Roth IRA conversion?
