Form 3853 is not accepting NO or NO ECN. No matter what i put it wont accept it

Yes, if you have problems with the California healthcare questions, you can't correct them in Review, you have to go back through that part of the interview to clear it up.

Here's how to do that:

1. Sign in to Your TurboTax account.
2. Select State Taxes, then Edit.
3. Select Your State Returns.
4. Continue until you get to Your 2023 California taxes are ready for us to check, select Edit to the right of General info.
5. Continue until you get to Did you have health insurance coverage in 2023?
6. Answer according to your situation.
7. On the screen Did you have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being uninsured? Review the options carefully. If none apply, leave the screen blank and the penalty will be added to your return. 
8. If you select one of the options under Can't afford insurance, the penalty will be waived, but you may be asked to prove your statement that your coverage is unaffordable later.
9. If you select one of the options under Exemptions granted by the Marketplace, you will have to apply for an exemption. Follow this link for more. You can answer Pending instead of providing an exemption number. 
10. If you select an option under the last two categories, you don't need to answer any questions about exemptions. 
11. Once you are done with the entire section, select Reiew and Check my return.
