Form 2210 reflects wrong amount for prior year's taxes

Using turbotax Premier, my return says I have a penalty of $173 due.  However, I paid more than my total taxes on 1040 line 16 from my 2019 return.  If I click on the magnifying glass by the apparently erroneous number in Form 2210 Part I Like 8, it takes me to the Carryover Wks line 6.  That amount is different from form 2210 but does tie to my prior year 1040 line 16.  For some reason, there is a larger amount on Form 2210.  Am I missing something?

This error shows up every so often.  Just change to amount on 2210 to zero if that is the correct amount for what you do not owe an underpayment penalty for last year.

Go back through and review and then you can delete the 2210 if it is still there.  If you just delete it without putting in the zero, it usually comes back.
