Form 2210 printed for review before filing with 2 copies of page 3 - one filled out and one blank

I completed my taxes and double checked everything.  I am using Form 2210 to annualize my income to reduce my penalty.  I did not leave any boxes blank. I filled out all of the boxes and entered a zero if there was nothing to enter.    The print for review PDF shows Pages 1,2 and 3 of Form 2210 filled out correctly but then shows an additional copy of Page 3 which is blank.  How can I delete this blank page so there is not an error when I submit to the IRS via e-file?

Page 3 of Form 2210 is Schedule AI - Annualized Income Installment Method   (Form 2210AI on the forms list).

On the Forms list in TT there is only one Form 2210AI and it is filled out.  I don't know where the blank one is coming from or how to get rid of it.

TurboTax will only fill in the parts of Form 2210 that apply to you. Since the form has 3 pages, the form will print all 3 pages. This shouldn't affect your return.

I expected it to print 3 pages.  The issue is that it is printing 4 pages.  Pages 1,2 and 3 - all filled out, and then a second copy of page 3 which is blank.

Will the IRS reject my return because of the second blank page 3?

Is there a way to just delete the blank second copy of page 3?  When I go to Forms 2210AI only the filled out pages are there.  I have no idea where the blank page 3 is coming from or how to delete just it.

The additional page won't effect your filing at all.  As long as the filled out copy is correct then everything is fine.  The zeroes that you entered probably just generated another page.
