form 2210 line d withholding . sum of 4 colums not equal to 8286.00. will not take 2071.50. tried 2071 and 2072 will not take

I do not see form 2210 line d withholding.
Part II D is Your penalty is lower when.
Are you referring to line 6 Withholding taxes.?
