Form 1099-INT ? My 1099-INT form from Nuvision FCU has Box 16 value BUT doesn't have value in Box 17. The bank said no corrections needed. How do I continue w/out Box 17?

Since you are in a state with no state tax, you want to remove all state information and leave those boxes blank. The forms have already been reported, you are entering information for your federal return to be filed.
