Form 1095-A Columns A, B and C for 2022

My form 1095-A has amounts for each month in 2022.  However, columns B and C have all 0.00.  I went to healthcare.gov to get the SLCSP for each month and entered them into column B.  We did not get any advance payment of premium tax credits last year, so column C being 0.00 makes sense (I think).  TurboTax is now basically now saying I qualify for a large federal tax refund equal to close to the grand total of all months in column A!  This can't be right can it?  Not sure what I may have done wrong or overlooked.  Any advice?  Thank you!

Without seeing your tax return we cannot give you a definitive answer.

However, this could be right. Because you did not take any advance premium tax credit. you'll get the entire premium tax credit now. This premium tax credit will depend on your income (the lower your income the higher premium tax credit) and the SLCSP amount in column B.
