form 1095-a and form 8962

my ex husband added my son to his obamacare for jan-feb of 2020.  i have a copy of his 1095-a and the IRS told me to fill in all $0 on the 1095-A and which boxes to check so that he will take the PTC as i don't qualify for it.  Turbo Tax is automatically filling in for 8962 and won't allow me to override the information.  what can i do?  do i have to paper file and have wasted my $$ buying turbotax?

Where there is a zero on the 1095-A, leave that field blank in TurboTax/  If there are zeroes in the 1095-A interview fields, delete them and make sure that the field is left blank.  Then the information will carry correctly to the 8962.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act eliminated the Affordable Care Act penalty starting with tax year 2019.
