Forgot your TurboTax Online User ID or password?

 

We offer a number of ways to assist you in recovering access to your account.

  1. Go to our account recovery page.
  2. Enter either your:
    • Phone number (recommended)
    • Email Address
    • UserID
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

You will either be sent a code to help you recover your account or be given a list (through email or on screen) of possible accounts associated to your information. We will list the recommended account for you at the top of that list.

 

If you are still unable to recover your account after trying these steps, please select the link that says Try Something Else. You will be guided to enter additional information to help identify the right account and several questions to verify your identity.

 

Once you are signed into your account, we recommend you add or update your phone number. This will increase your account security and make future account recovery attempts easier.

I need a copy of my 1040 filed in 2017. I received $852.00. I forgot to copy my 1040, and need a copy of it sent to me ASAP. Could you fax that copy to me at [phone number removed]. Or tell me how I can retrieve the copy.
Yes, I did forget the user name and password that I used at the time.
I am in the process of a loan modification and need that 1040, sent to me ASAP, or I might lose my home. Thank you for understanding.

I filed on 2/8/2018, Received $852.00, direct deposit to my bank account ending in 5598. I forgot to copy the 1040, and need a copy ASAP. Thank you for your help!
