Forgot my 5 digit signature id

I didn’t file 2017 or 2018

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI if you did not file a 2018 tax return.

you can't forget something that never existed.

You select the PIN at the time you are e-Filing and your return must be ACCEPTED.

Yes, you can use any 5 digits you need unless you are referring to the Identity Protection for IRS returns if you were involved in ID theft. If ID theft from IRS go to OTHER TAX Situations and look for Identity protection pin. 

 

If you are at the last part of filing you can make up any 5 digits every year.

My return was filed but later I noticed that the 5 digit signature’s was not submitted. Will this affect my file?

If you did not include your 5-digit e-filing PIN, but you included your 2021 AGI for verification purposes, it should be fine. You just need one or the other for verification purposes.
