Foreign Taxes Accrued/Paid - How do I calculate this?

I'm stuck on Form 1065 p4-5: Sch K, Line 16p: Total foreign taxes accrued. Long story short, half our income comes from clients that live outside the US. They pay us, we do the work here in the US, and come tax time I'm not sure how to claim it. When I put it into Foreign income, it asks me for taxes paid (we haven't paid anything yet, but that's why we're filing to do so), or it asks us for taxes accrued. I don't know how to answer this. How do you find taxes you've accrued? I've googled this about 48 times with no helpful results!!

When I claim US income made, the government/turbo tax tell me what I owe. How am I supposed to know what I owe on foreign income? Isn't this what Turbo Tax is for????

Since you do the work here in the U.S. none of the income is considered foreign income.  The IRS defines "foreign income" as:

income you receive for services you perform in a foreign country in a period during which your tax home is in a foreign country and you meet either the bona fide residence test or the physical presence test.

So you don't have to worry about foreign taxes!
