Foreign Tax Carry over usage

Hi This is my first year with Turbo Tax, I would like to know how I can figure out my "Used Foreign Tax Carry Over"?

@Steve_tt  You will have to figure it out using past tax returns since TurboTax doesn't have any information from your prior years.  Go to your prior year returns and track the amount of foreign taxes carried forward using form 1116.
