For question 6. On the injured spouse form ...Did you make and report payments such as federal tax withholdings or estimates tax payment. I'm not sure if I answered this

I am not sure if I answered it correctly because if u answer yes it tells you to skip the next two lines which I am claiming the eic. I answered yes to line 6 because they withheld federal tax from my.husbands paychecks.I just want to know if i Did it wrong if I should file another form.

It was important to answer yes to question 6 and you answered it correctly. You also had payments because of the EITC. The Form 8379 should be processed correctly based on your answer to question 6.

There is no need to send another or corrected form since you did answer yes.

Thank you very much. Do you know if they would deny the injured spouse form? I have student loans from before I was married my husband made all the income this year. I made 187.00 then I became a stay at.home mom. Thank you for your time

@anthonybrownjr19  If your husband is the injured spouse, and if you are not in a community property state, then virtually all of the refund will be released (community property states may split the refund).
