For Ohio SD100 Form, when I use "Run Smart Check" I get the error: "Adjusted gross income exemptions is incorrect." All numbers inserted return errors. How to correct?

The only error I receive when running Smart Check for my 2024 Ohio return is "Adjusted gross income exemptions is incorrect." for the School District tax form (SD100). No matter what number I put in there I get the error. Where should this number come from and how can I avoid this error?
