For a NYC co-op, do I enter the STAR credit and tax abatement if I did not receive a check, but did receive a credit on my maintenance bill?

If you did not receive an actual check for the STAR credit, you do not have to enter it because your co-op is required to make the adjustment so it is already accounted for.

Even though when I entered my Real Estate Taxes, I entered Net Real Estate Taxes, that is Real Estates Taxes paid less "abatements received by the corporation"?

I am going to change my answer- if you did not receive an actual check for the STAR credit, you do not have to enter it because your co-op is required to make the adjustment so it is already accounted for. See https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/publications/orpts/manuals/vol4/app_b_coop.pdf I apologize for the confusion.
