Filling out contents from 1099-b

I got shares from my company as a part of profit sharing. The shares are vested but I have not sold them. I got a form 1099-b from the broker company in which only the box no 1.d Proceeds have an amount. I was given 16 shares, 6 shares were used for paying taxes. This stock compensation is also included in my W2. How do I report 1099b in my tax return?

You should be able to input all 1099-B information in the "Investments" section of income.
