Filing IRS Tax Form 709

I need to file IRS form 709 this year for gift distributions I made to family members that went over the $15K limit for each member.  I know I will need to provide their names and addresses but do I need to provide their SSN as well?

No, you do not have to provide the donees' SSNs on form 709, only their names, addresses and relationships to you (if any).

Thank you for your response.  I suspected that I did not need to provide their SSN but since I am not a tax expert and  wanted to confirm my suspicion from someone who is more savvy in this area than myself.
