Filing by mail without IP PIN due to e-file rejection

My e-file was rejected due to not having the IP PIN. However this year they did not send anything.  I have tried to call but due to the pandemic, they are closed. I attempted to retrieve the IP Pin using the IRS website. However, they have specific requirements. I do not meet those. On the Turbo Tax site it says, I would still need to place my 6-digit IP PIN number if I chose to send by mail.  The reject code was specific to this IP Pin number that I need to have in order to file. My question is how do I go about filing by mail, without this specific PIN?  Seems I can not do much at this juncture.  What can I do?

If you mail your return without writing the IP pin next to your signature, it will probably take longer to process, as the IRS may do additional verification, But your return should eventually be processed. Of course, this year there is expected to be a big backlog because the IRS is not currently processing paper returns until the coronavirus emergency restrictions are eased.
