Filed states taxes yesterday and approved, needed to amend today and the efile was rejected. I can't print to mail the form. Now I get an "oops something went wrong"

It was Accepted yesterday, not Approved.  Amending is a specific process; you cannot just make changes in the original file, and must wait until you receive your original refund.

No, you don't have to wait and Turbo Tax has steps on how to do it.  However, I cannot access my account.
